Managing Director	Richard (Dick) *Bartlett*
Managing Director	Richard (Dick) Bartlett established In-Wood in 1974 after bringing his family from Sydney to Enoggera. The business was originally a one man business run from under his house with the help of his wife Judy.

Secretary/Director	Judith (Judy) *Bartlett*
Secretary/Director	Judy is the engine behind the business and maintaines the companies books and general office functions.

On-Site Manager	Wayne Otway
On-Site Manager	Wayne has been with the company since 1980 when he was employed as a Leading Hand. From there he moved into the position of Factory Foreman and over the past 10 years and held the position of On-Site Manager were he oversees the installation of each project.

Production Manager	Dean Golding
Production Manager	Dean is a fully qualified cabinetmaker who has been in the industry for 20 years. He has had a great deal of experience, having held various positions within the industry throughout that time, and it is his responsibility to ensure that the quality of the workmanship on all projects is up to standard and that all works are completed according to programs provided.

Estimator	Lee Taylor
Estimator	Lee is a carpenter by trade who decided on a career change. He has fitted into the position of Estimator very well and will handle all enquiries in a professional manner.
